Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Strategist with strong social media listening skills to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients that will help increase their brand awareness, engagement, and business outcome. You will work closely with our account managers and fulfillment team to create and manage campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our client’s marketing objectives
• Create and manage content calendars for all social media platforms for multiple clients
• Write, design, and produce engaging social media content (e.g., graphics, videos, animations, etc.) that align with our client’s brand voice and resonates with their target audience
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook ads, Instagram ads, etc.) to increase our clients’ reach, engagement, and sales
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner on behalf of our clients
• Conduct social media listening to gather insights and feedback on our client’s brands, products, and services, and use the data to inform our social media strategies
• Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance for our clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our client’s brands remain relevant and competitive

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role in an agency environment
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Ability to create and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously for multiple clients
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus
• Strong social media listening skills and experience using social media listening tools to gather insights and feedback on brands, products, and services
