Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

Developing, implementing, managing, and planning social media ads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals.
Continuously discussing and setting social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Setting specific weekly and monthly objectives and creating reports on social media performance.
Managing and overseeing social media content, including creating original text, photos, videos, and news.
Managing Social Media Ads effectively.
Managing E-mail Marketing campaigns for optimal reach and engagement.
Analyzing competitor’s social media strategies regularly for insights and improvements.
Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews for reputation management.
Collaborating with a designer to ensure informative and appealing social media content.
Creating and implementing active campaigns to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.

Requirements:

The candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a relevant field from a reputable university (Minimum GPA 3.00).
Mandatory Mandarin proficiency.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
Excellent knowledge of social media practices (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.)
Active use of social media
Understanding of social media KPIs
Knowledge of POS System branding is a plus
Strong creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
Willingness to work in the BSD area
