Job Description :

• Develop and impelement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals, target audience, and brand positioning.
• Plan, create, and curate compelling content for social media platforms, brief creative team to develop text, image, videos, infographics, and interactive content.
• Keep abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new features or strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises, and respond promptly and appropriately to protect the brand reputation with help from brand manager.
• Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster a positive brand image. 
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement. Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiations, content collaborations, and tracking results.
• collaborate with the brand manager to execute yearly brand plan, teamed up with our internal digital ads team, activation team and creative team.
• ensuring comms and branding consistency across touchpoints.

Qualification :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree any major.
• Proven at least of experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role
• Preferably from indie – digital agency ( local indonesian ), internal digital agency from big companies or big creative agency
• Experience in handling or asisting marketing comms is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of major socila media platforms and their best practice
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and user behavior
• Proficiency in social media managements tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to create engaging content and comminicate effectively with the audience
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative social media strategies
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with social media advertising and targeting capabilities
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Adaptability to changing social media trends and platforms
