• To build effective social media strategy and content pillars aligned with Social Media Guideline from Global (The Playbook)
• To ensure all content plan and strategy are translated to editorial calendar based on approved documents
• To constantly bring new ideas with a test-learn-deploy mindset and provide actionable insights coming from analytic reports in order to advise the Social Media Manager for content improvement and refinement and if necessary change action plan.
• To supervise and control the budget allocation process to ensure delivery as per commitments.
• To conduct an integrated brief to external stakeholders and supervise the ideation process, to ensure message integration and consistency with global communication (The playbook).
• To manage all related internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies and conduct regular monitoring of progress and implementation of corrective actions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication and/or additional certificates; degrees or experiences in innovative social media areas
• Overall 3+ years of experience in social media management in a social media agency, digital agency, tech start-up, e-commerce or FMCG Marketing
• Strong familiarity with social media platform, particularly Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Data-driven with strong understanding of social media metrics.

Experience with Sprinklr tool is a plus.

• Advanced copywriting and content marketing skills
• Planning and budgeting skills are an asset.
• Possesses a strong consumer centric approach, good interpersonal communication skills, and good project management skills.
• Out of the box individual with passion in storytelling and creative thinking.
• Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and tools is preferred
• Excellent in English, both written and verbal
