Skill yang kami butuhkan ialah Pemasaran Digital & Pencarian (Pemasaran & Komunikasi) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Social Media & Content Manager – Surfer Girl Bali
📍 Location: Bali (preferred) or remote with deep local/lifestyle familiarity

Born in Bali in 1999as the First all Girls Surf Shop in the World, Surfer Girl has grown with generations of girls — from bright-eyed beach kids to confident, creative . We design clothing, surfwear, and lifestyle essentials for girls aged 6–17, and for a growing range and who grew up with us and still carry the island spirit in their hearts.
This is not fast fashion. This is heart, saltwater, and storytelling.
💡 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a social-savvy creative who lives and breathes the beach lifestyle — someone who can authentically speak to island people who know what it means to grow up with Surfer Girl. Not only those who already surf, but also for those who dream of the freedom of such a lifestyle.
Here is a chance for you to shine and show the world who you are and what you are capable of.
You should:
· – Be a natural content creator, comfortable on TikTok, Instagram, and You Tube stories
· – Have a genuine feel for youth culture and the romance of the surfing lifestyle.
· – Be able to adapt the tone across kids, teens, and adult segments
· – Love storytelling — and know that a good photo caption can spark significant emotion
🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES
· – Plan and execute social media calendar (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube occasional Pinterest)
· – Create and post content (photo, video, short-form copy)
· – Collaborate with our team to shoot/curate assets — from Bali life to product features
· – Run influencer outreach and manage UGC campaigns
· – Track engagement and adjust strategy weekly
· – Grow Surfer Girl’s voice with clarity, confidence, and fun
🏄♀️ IDEAL BACKGROUND
· – Experience in fashion, youth brands, or surf lifestyle brands
· – Familiarity with surf/skate culture, especially in Southeast Asia
· – Strong writing and visual taste — knows what performs and feels good
· – Photography, light video editing, and Canva/CapCut/Adobe skills a big plus
· – Bonus: Has grown a personal or client IG/TikTok following before
· – Experience in online sales is a plus but not an essential.
