*Please only apply if you have a keen interest in beauty and fashion and you are willing to work in canggu, umalas, kerobokan area on site in our office. We do not want any remote workers to apply. We are looking for the right person to join our small team of creatives.

The right person will have understanding, skill or passionate interest in learning all of the following:

-Social Media Management for beauty, wellness & lifestyle brands

-Content creation, graphic design, Reels & video editing

-Management of client enquiries and provide a high level of customer service

– Admin tasks such as creating spreadsheets, workflows and time management support for the creatives

– Use of email software such as Mailchimp, Active Campaign and Flodesk

– Website updates – WordPress, Showit, Shopify etc

– Written communication and copywriting

– Project management- Working with brand, photographers and others to assist in project management of jobs.

– -time management and scheduling

Overall the right candidate will have/be:

–Strong Social Media know-how and stays on top of trends

-Comfortable using Canva

–Speaks and writes well in English

-Have a keen eye for design, brand, aesthetic & beauty

-Understand brand concepts & stories to communicate this through client work and adhere to brand guidelines

–Tech Savvy in all apps, software and online programs to use and learn

-Good team player!!!

-Fast learner!!!

-Loves to achieve goals!!!

–Understand client needs, brands and marketing requirements to fulfil assigned tasks to support overall marketing strategies and solutions.

-Works well with creatives, is a creative but has the ability to be structured and organised to support the high level creatives they will be working with

-Works well under pressure and meet deadlines

-Available to work set hours daily

-Manage workloads within time scopes

-Flexible in working remote / online & in-person depending on various schedules and work plans.

-Someone who can come to the office at times, work remote with the creative director and on a timer virtually at times.

-Able to work with the team on other business-expansion projects when needed

–Good PR skills and email etiquette –can liaise with clients well, from onboarding to regular communication regarding their accounts

-A problem solver— able to troubleshoot technical difficulties and help provide solutions for arising issues

-Can attend to emails daily

-Can organise files and update productivity reports regularly

-Generally a fast learner and can easily be trained to use CRM and related tools
