  • Develop social management work plans in line with company policies and regulations.

  • Implement community empowerment programs within operational areas.

  • Communicate and collaborate with local communities, government authorities, and NGOs.

  • Ensure the FPIC (Free, Prior, and Informed Consent) process complies with standards.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to integrate social programs.

  • Monitor social impacts of company activities.

  • Prepare regular social reports (monthly and annually).

  • Identify potential social conflicts and implement mitigation measures.

  • Manage social databases (community profiles, social baseline data).

  • Act as a mediator between the company and communities in case of disputes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Social Sciences, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years of experience in social management, community empowerment, or CSR.

  • Experience working with local communities, NGOs, or community-based projects.

  • Understanding of FPIC principles.

  • Knowledge of social conflict management and mediation.

  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and landscape management.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to prepare social reports and documentation.

  • Skilled in managing social data (surveys, baseline, monitoring).

  • Character: Proactive, able to work in cross-functional teams, and sensitive to socio-cultural issues

  • Willing to be placed in South Sumatera Area
