Your Key Responsibilities

Smoothie Bar & Café Support

• Prepare smoothies, coffee, sandwiches, and healthy snacks to high-quality standards.

• Maintain freshness, cleanliness, and beautiful presentation at the smoothie and café stations.

• Clean café work areas throughout shifts, ensuring constant hygiene and inviting guest presentation.

• Upsell smoothies, snacks, and merchandise enthusiastically to enhance guest experience.

Front Desk Operations

• Manage player check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth.

• Assist players with bookings, payments, and basic club information.

• Ensure smooth guest flow during busy periods.

Cashier & POS Operations

• Handle payments, manage POS systems, and process transactions accurately.

• Report daily sales and reconcile cash/credit accurately.

Guest Concierge Support

• Act as the “go-to” friendly face for guest assistance and support.

• Answer player questions, solve problems, and create positive interactions.

• Communicate clearly and kindly in English (and Indonesian when needed).

Event & Facility Support

• Support event check-in, registration, and guest management during tournaments and events.

• Maintain cleanliness, restock smoothie bar, café, and lounge supplies proactively.

• Report low-stock inventory and facility maintenance issues immediately.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown to ensure smooth experiences.

• Maintain basic facility cleanliness and upkeep throughout shifts.

Rotation & Flexibility

• Be flexible to rotate between smoothie bar, front desk, event support, and facility cleaning based on operational needs.

• Adapt quickly to changes in daily shift assignments.

Emergency Escalation

• Immediately alert leadership for any guest complaints, technical failures, safety concerns, or urgent issues.

Requirements

• Basic café, smoothie bar, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Basic cashier and POS experience a plus.

• Fluent Indonesian; Good conversational English required.

• Live within 30 minutes of PickleBali Clubs Raya.

• Must own or arrange motorbike transportation.

• Ability to lift small supply boxes and stay active during shifts.

• Available to work 6 days/week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to work during high seasons (Christmas, New Year, Summer Peaks) with adjusted scheduling.

• Shifts may rotate between morning, mid-day, and evening based on events and club schedules (approximately 6–8 hours per day). Flexibility is essential.

• This role reports directly to the Facility Manager on duty.
