Job description

Responsibilities:

1.)   Managing the SME Infrastructure department in performing tasks related to exploration, designing solutions, and other matters related to the adoption and implementation of technology in accordance with the company’s business.

2.)   Working with the operational team to maintain the reliability of the SME Infrastructure.

3.)   Supervising all work units to ensure that assigned tasks and established processes are carried out properly.

4.)   Conducting performance evaluations, both for each individual team member and the overall work unit, during the evaluation period determined by the company to provide improvements.

5.)   Developing technology related to the infrastructure used to obtain high and reliable infrastructure reliability.

6.)   Coordinating with the Account Management and Presales teams in:

Ø Providing technical explanations to customers/prospective customers regarding IT infrastructure services and operations.

Ø Designing architecture that suits customer needs that will be proposed by the Account Management team to customers/prospective customers.

Ø Ensuring that the work given for exploration and delivery runs well and in accordance with the target and cooperation contract.

Experience:

·      Minimum of 5 years in the IT field and in a Managerial or equivalent position.

·      Managerial skills with good leadership.

·      Technical background regarding the functions, workings, and configurations of IT network devices and appliances.

·      Understanding the concepts of SDN, Multicloud, and Hybrid Cloud from the network and security best practice perspective.

·      Understanding IT operational discipline and being able to analyze existing processes to identify deficiencies or inefficiencies for improvement.

·      Having a team player spirit and being open-minded.

·      Having the willingness to develop in line with technological advancements and being able to adopt these technologies to support the company’s business.

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

·      Language proficiency: Active and Passive English.

·      CCNP certification or equivalent that is still valid, such as Cloud certification.
