Job description & requirements

Things you’ll do:

• Ensure service availability and reliability by working with the developer team
• Gather, address, and design technical requirements & solution
• Set up, configure, automate, and maintain services in the Linux environment
• Design, manage, and develop CI/CD pipelines also cloud & IoT infrastructure
• Promote and develop efficient automated operation, maintenance, and management tools
• Improve operations and maintenance efficiency by reducing operations cost
• Write scripts, tools, and services, for service quality analysis, monitoring, and operation
• Act as main PIC for production support: troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing
• Carefully assess and adopt new technologies and tools to improve efficiency 

You’ll fit in this job if you:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Site Reliability Engineer
• Have strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities
• Eager to learn, help and share
• Innovative and passionate in process optimization, operation, and maintenance development
• Meticulous, good time management, and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with Linux operating system principles and network layer protocols
• Familiar with scripting using Shell or Python
• Have experience in managing cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Etc), container orchestration (docker, Kubernetes, etc), CI/CD pipelines (gitlab-ci, Jenkins, etc), monitoring and logging (grafana, Prometheus, fluented, datadog, etc)
• Have experience in managing application stacks in Go, NodeJs, Java, Ruby on Rails or Phyton
