Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SITE MANAGER di tempat usaha PT CORRA SISTEM INTERGRASI untuk daerah Makassar & Sulawesi Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact person for the customer and represent the company at the site

  • Take full responsibility for overall Operation & Maintenance (O&M) performance

  • Oversee and coordinate daily site activities to ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and according to SOP

  • Lead, supervise, and manage site technicians and operational staff

  • Ensure all maintenance activities (preventive & corrective) are executed on schedule

  • Monitor site performance, uptime, and service quality in line with contractual KPIs

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational & maintenance reports to the customer

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, management) to resolve technical and operational issues

  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company policies

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalation professionally

  • Manage spare parts, tools, and site inventory

  • Support audits, inspections, and customer site visits

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization

  • Report incidents, risks, and abnormalities, and propose corrective actions

Qualifications & Requirements:

·       Maximum 40 years old

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) fields
or minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) fields

·       Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a technical discipline, preferably:

o   Electrical Engineering

o   Mechanical Engineering

o   Informatics Engineering

o   Computer Engineering

o   Industrial Engineering

·       Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)

·       Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

·       Able to work independently and under pressure

·       Willing and ready to be stationed on-site in Makassar, South Sulawesi

·       Good understanding of O&M procedures, reporting, and basic HSE practices

·       Proficient in MS Office and basic operational reporting tools

·       Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in Jakarta.
