MidPlaza Holding is looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Interior to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring the implementation of interior designs, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a blend of architectural expertise and project management skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  1. Coordination with Team and Contractors
    • Engage in effective communication with various project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure the seamless execution of project tasks.
    • Adjust work schedules in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment with the established project timeline.
  2. Supervision of Work Implementation
    • Ensure that all processes are executed in accordance with the designated design plans, working drawings, and technical specifications.
    • Verify that the quality of workmanship adheres to predetermined standards, both concerning materials and the final outputs.
    • Identify and address any issues that may arise on-site, fostering coordination to facilitate timely resolutions.
  3. Quality Control Inspection
    • Evaluate incoming materials at the project site to confirm compliance with specified requirements.
    • Conduct quality control assessments at each stage of the project to minimize errors and optimize results.
    • Provide reports or feedback regarding any discrepancies between the planned approach and actual implementation observed on-site.
  4. Progress Reporting
    • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports detailing project progress, challenges encountered, and the strategies employed to address them.
    • Document any modifications or adjustments made throughout the implementation process.
  5. Management of Design Changes
    • In the event of design modifications initiated by the project owner or designer, the site interior must assess the implications for the project schedule and budget, coordinating with all involved parties accordingly.
    • Implement these changes effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and concur with the adjustments made.
  6. Final Inspection and Completion
    • Oversee that all aspects of interior finishing—such as painting, furniture installation, and other decorative elements—are executed with precision and attention to detail.
    • Conduct a comprehensive final inspection to verify the absence of defects or imperfections prior to the formal handover of project deliverables to the client.

Requirements : 

  1. Educational Background: Graduated with a degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.
  2. Professional Experience: Possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting and contracting, particularly in hotel and commercial projects.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates a strong command of software applications, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Project.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Language Skills: Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  6. Work Environment Adaptability: Capable of working effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Flexibility in Relocation: Willing to be assigned to locations outside of the city for specified durations as required by project demands.
