About the role

We are seeking a talented Site Inspector MEP to join our team at PT Premier Qualitas Indonesia. As a Site Inspector MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations at our residential development projects in Bekasi, West Java. This crucial role ensures the quality and compliance of the MEP works, contributing to the successful delivery of our high-quality homes.

What you’ll be doing

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP installations
Identify and report any defects or non-conformities to the project team
Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with approved design specifications and building regulations
Liaise with contractors and/or subcontractors to resolve any issues and maintain project timelines
Document site visits and inspection findings in detailed reports
Collaborate with the design and construction teams to provide technical guidance and recommendations
Support the project management team in achieving quality, safety and sustainability targets

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Inspector or Engineer in the residential construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation and testing
Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
