REQUIREMENT :

• Possess a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Min 3 years above experience mostly in Consultant Construction Company
• English Beginner – Intermediate for Business Level (oral & written)
• Strong communication, Collaborative team player, Adaptability, and flexibility, Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong work ethic, professionalism and ethic, Client focus approach, Time management, Problem-solving skills
• Ahli K3 (AK3U or AK3K), ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001, CQC (Pengendalian Mutu Konstruksi)
• Microsoft Office, Recording File Management, Microsoft Project, AUTO CAD, BIM Modeler, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical

• Perform field quality control observations and assessments, such as inspection of works on site to check if the Contractor is installing by his approved working/shop drawings
• Comply with Meinhardt’s QA procedures and utilize standard forms. Prepare forms as and when required.
• Witness testing of materials to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications
• Undertake surveys, as and when required
• Perform other office duties when required and should be willing to take on more responsibilities when asked

Administration

• Keep a daily site diary on the progress and quality of construction works
• Assist with the preparation of reports.

Communication

• Report directly to the Construction Manager/Resident Site Engineer.
• Understand and comprehend internal and external project organization structure
• Report findings and any non-conforming works to Resident Site Engineer for correction procedure
• Liaise with Resident Site Engineer and Construction Team to confirm daily attendance and inspections
• Advise the Construction Manager/Resident Site Engineer of any observed Health and Safety issues
• Be proactive and report back to the Resident Site Engineer when tasks are completed

Development

• Commit to continual professional development (CPD) and keep training reports updated
