JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares the elements for the reporting, the budget, the business plan and the forecasts.
• Follows and analyses the actual situation vs forecast and vs budget on the daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
• Manage the activity of the controlling department so that it can control if the company’s activity is performed by the most efficient and most profitable way and suits the local laws and Group Valeo Standards (MAF and LSF)
• Must alert immediately the Financial Controller in case of any important risk for the company and / or for its employees
• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site: ensure the reliability of the material master data in our ERP, making analysis of the inventories variation, controlling the flows in the ERP vs. the physical flows and their booking in a timely manner and ensuring the reconciliation between physical stocks and stocks in our ERP (reception done on time with the correct quantity, counting posted on time)
• Control the inventory management: controls internal and external flows (from and to the plant), cycle-counting supervision, physical controls in the external warehouse

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Financial Management , or Accounting
• min 5 years experiences in the same position
• Depth understanding in SAP
• possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills
