About the role
Kuehne + Nagel (ID) is seeking a highly organised and efficient Site Administrator to support our Project Logistics team in Bintuni, West Papua, Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our on-site operations.
What you’ll be doing

Manage and maintain office operations, including procurement of supplies, filing, and record-keeping

Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for the project team

Provide administrative support for project-related meetings, events, and presentations

Assist with data entry, report generation, and other clerical duties as required

Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and suppliers
-
Support the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service
What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or site administrator, preferably in a project-based environment

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management best practices

Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude to handle changing priorities

Fluency in English.
