Job Vacancy: Showroom Manager PT.Mamagreen Pacific- Placement at PIK 2 Showroom IDD, Jakarta

Job Description: 

We are an outdoor premium furniture company looking for a Showroom Manager to oversee the operations of our showroom at the PIK 2 IDD location in Jakarta. As the Showroom Manager, you will be the leader of our showroom, responsible for overall management, marketing, and sales performance at the showroom.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and supervise the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.

– Build and maintain good customer relationships to increase retention and customer satisfaction.

– Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and generate new leads.

– Ensure product availability and oversee showroom layout to attract customer attention.

– Coordinate and ensure the showroom is clean, and tidy, and provides a pleasant shopping experience.

– Manage product inventory and ensure optimal stock availability.

– Handle showroom budget and oversee operations efficiently.

– Conduct training and development for showroom staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

– Prepare regular showroom performance reports and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a Showroom Manager or a related position in the furniture industry will be a plus.

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team.

– Ability to plan marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns.

– Good understanding of furniture products and current industry trends.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.

– Willingness to work on holidays and weekends as per business needs.

– Understanding of budget analysis and performance reporting.

– Strong English language proficiency

Educational Qualifications:

– A bachelor’s degree in a related field will be a plus, but experience and skills are prioritized more.
