Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Shopper Marketing Manager, Indonesia di PT Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia

We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager until June 2024, a fixed-term position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This opportunity would suit someone coming from a trade marketing or similar background, keen to build their career in a leading marketing organization!

The Shopper Marketing Manager will:

• Manage brand activation at the point-of-sale (POS) level in coordination with bottlers
• Lead localization of shopper materials
• Manages local approval process, reviews & approves transcreated POS materials
• Input into End-2-End consumer & shopper engagement strategy and Identify region specific engagement opportunities
• Works closely & coordinates with bottler trade marketing team, suppliers and agencies to ensure timely implementation of programs at agreed scale
• Support the frontline marketing team in steering overall processes eg innovation agenda
• Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda

Experience required:

• Strong trade marketing experience (5+ years)
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia & English speaker

• Direct experience with marketing activation in Indonesia, across channels – supers/hypers is a must
• Business, commercial, and financial acumen

• Experience working with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers) is preferred
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
• Experience in project management & resource planning

• Ability to provide region specific input on activation strategy and plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights)
• Ability to develop relationships with bottler trade marketing team and ensure alignment and buy-in on proposed plans
• Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers
• Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary
