About the role

PT Hookah Place Partnership, a leading shisha bar in Badung, Bali, is seeking a talented SHISHA MASTER to join our dynamic team. As a Shisha Master, you will be responsible for crafting and serving exceptional shisha experiences to our discerning clientele. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion in the art of shisha preparation and service.

What you’ll be doing

• Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of shisha flavours and blends

• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests through the shisha selection and preparation process

• Maintain and clean shisha equipment to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative shisha offerings

• Train and mentor junior team members in shisha preparation and service

• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shisha Master or in a similar role

• Thorough knowledge of shisha types, flavours, and preparation techniques

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable shisha experience

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
