Job Description:

• Checking the suitability and skills of sewing machine operators when allocating new styles and conduct necessary training accordingly whilst make sure machine settings for best stich quality to support the pre bulk process in order to ensure timely delivery. E
• ngaged with technical quality and mechanical team to identify critical operation and provide necessary guidance and train machine operators on the same.
• Participate in QCO Meeting/risk analyst meeting and support the team to address any bottleneck identified in the operations.
• Prepare and lead the 4P process as per the guidelines and thereby maintain a smooth flow in production.
• Ensure that all operators adhered to needle procedures and health and safety standards issued by the plants.
• Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to whilst actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering & Science.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience at sample room.
• Required Skill(s): Sewing skill for multiple sewing machine.
• Willing work under shift.
