PT. MHE-Demag Indonesia (A member of the Konecranes group) is looking for Service Transit Goods Executive (Contract Under Outsource).

Position Summary

Execute all Service transit goods activities so as to ensure that they are in compliance with corporate guidelines and policies in the Group.  This includes ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all Service transit goods functions and proper documentation and records of goods movement.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and track spare parts, components, raw materials, etc to ensure smooth and efficient incoming and outgoing Service goods in transit movement at all times.  This includes performing cycle counting, picking, packing, receiving incoming orders into existing inventory as well as issuance of of outgoing stock items. 
• Execute the transit goods receiving until goods delivery processes and ensure that the processes are properly and comply with the procedure.
• Execute transit goods documentation and data entry into Excel file to ensure timely, accurate and up-to-date records. 
• Coordinate and follow up with regard to local and overseas incoming stock items for end-users so as to ensure timely receipt of goods. This includes doing a tally count of physical stock against Excel file records and to report on any discrepancies for immediate follow-up action.
• Coordinate with Service Planner & Administrator in monitoring items taken out for cannibalization, perform monthly reconciliation to ensure maintenance of accurate records and generation of relevant reports as and when required.
• Prepare and maintain all transit goods records and assist in the preparation and compilation of monthly transit goods reports, if required, for issue to management for information. 
• Ensure that utilisation of available storage space for transit goods is well planned and executed so as to achieve optimal space maximization.
• Coordinate with Service Planner & Administrator for the goods receipt & goods issued processing and ensure that documents needed are properly provided and comply with the procedure.
• Process Good Issue for all outgoing materials according to procedure based on required document.
• Coordinate with purchaser, Service Planner & Administrator for claim process to vendor in case of receiving the shortage and/or damaged material and follow up the progress of the claim to ensure the settlement.
• Monitor cancellation report and following up with the user to prevent the same cases occurs.
• Responsible for smooth, timely and accurate inter-plant stock transfer activities in and out of the Surabaya plant.
• Investigate any physical stock discrepancies, report findings to Materials Manager and make the necessary amendments in the system after the relevant approvals.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Logistic Management or other related field
• Have min. 2 years experience with similar role
• Excellent health condition
• Willing to work under outsourcing
• Willing to be located in Surabaya
