Butuh cepat. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Service Manager (Heavy Equipment) di perusahaan PT Era Bangun Jaya untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description :

Supervise and assist the warehouse/service center to establish and improve the service system, provides the necessary management, training, and support to distributors, comprehensively improve the after-sales serviceability of distributors;
Assist Indonesia Marketing/Sales to handle customer relationship and timely solve service needs, to improve customer satisfaction of the end-user;
Requires good knowledge of Heavy Equipment products and services, provide comprehensive service support for Heavy Equipment products, including Earthmoving, Concrete, Mobile/Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, MEWP, Agriculture, Also Firefighting, Excavator;
Collect market service information and service reports as required
Establish Data Base of Product list for all in Indonesia Teritorry Especially in Jakarta;
Create a data Of Maintenance & Unit Repair record;
Conduct a delivery inspection of Customer Product;
Create Part List Data Base, for maintenance parts & Reusable Parts;
Monitoring warranty process, warranty statement & monitoring warranty time;
Handle a Maintenance & repair presentation, & give training to all of Our Team Mechanic In Indonesia;

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering;
Age 35-45 is preferred;
With more than 7 years service experience in the manufacturing industry, heavy Equipment Dealer with experience also in Management After Sales/Spare Parts;
Proficient in Bahasa, English, Both Spoken and Written
Have Driving License;
