Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Service Development Manager di kantor PT NTT Data Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.
Skill yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Manufaktur serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Description :
The role of Service/Product Development Management plays a pivotal role in meeting NTT Ltd.’s strategic goals of service revenue protection and growth and operating profit improvement.
This is a people management role, responsible for increasing NTT Ltd.’s ability to consistently and predictably deliver relevant, profitable, and high-quality service offers and capabilities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work closely with Pre-Sales Manager, Delivery Manger and Service Management Manager and support each other as one team
Responsible for the standardization of our services and processes by aligning with NTT Indonesia, Affiliate companies in APAC and NTT Com Headquarter (e.g. service catalog, APAC standard, Nexcenter standard)
Responsible for service development to implement new services and improve existing services including service provision scheme, revenue and expenditure budget, contract, service menu, pricing, service order/operation/billing process for external and internal, marketing materials by aligning with vendors, NTT Indonesia, Affiliate companies in APAC and NTT Com Headquarter (e.g. Managed Services, Nexcenter Portal)
Analyze and assess internal process to implement system for more effective and efficient internal process as Project Manager
Make a presentation for our datacenter and conduct site tour for customer
Support Pre-Sales Manager and Delivery Manager to prepare the response for RFI/RFP requested by customer
Represent Service Delivery for ISO27001
Coordinate with internal (HR, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Operations) and external(customer, vendor, group companies) to proceed with the tasks
May be required to act as Project Manager for customer project implementation – Create feasible timeline with clarifying all required task
Clarify the items and quantities to be procured for internal Purchase Request
Negotiate with vendor for more competitive price, higher quality, and quicker delivery
Manage the cost to ensure profit margin for customer project
Hold a kick-off meeting with the parties concerned
Control the progress and give regular report to the parties concerned
Conduct proper change management
Plan Integration System Test (IST) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to coordinate with Operations
Ensure handover to customer by deadline
Handover to Operations
Attend manager meeting to discuss corporate, business plan, improvement, etc.
Innovate internal process
Process standardization (process establishment/improvement)
Documentation (process visualization/create form)
KPI measurement/various reports
Automation
Database creation

Excellent understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings
Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
Strong relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills
An expert in the design/development of procedures and technical features required to fulfill all the elements relevant to the service
Demonstrated expertise in design thinking and scaled agile frameworks.
Demonstrate good documentation skills, in particular, business requirements
Strong analytical and research skills
Assertive in approach coupled with confidence in the area of expertise and the ability to facilitate business conversations
Exhibit growing knowledge and passion for area specialization
Excellent ability to effectively lead and manage a services / product team(s)
Good client relationship building and engagement skills
Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
A go-getter with the ability to work in high-pressure situations

Service orientated individuals who can create client value whilst maintaining profitable business results
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Information Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Data Center Provider or any other related industry
Required Experience:
Sound experience working in an Information Technology environment, particularly within IT Operations
Sound experience in a similar role within a related environment
Demonstrated experience in effective product lifecycle management and service delivery excellence
Prior demonstrated experience leading and managing a datacenter product / services team(s)
Desirable to possess the qualifications such as CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP
