As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
• Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as interacting with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast
• Ensuring flawless execution by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity, ensuring quality plans are in line with job cycle process
• Ensuring the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
• Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
• Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions and future career plans

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university
• Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
• Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
• 10+ years experience in Wireline Services
