JOB SUMMARY:

• This key role in our New Customer Service organization contributes to the revenue of services by providing After Sales support to Beverage Customers in the identified area
• Support Customer requests for emergencies, troubleshooting, technical assistance and spare parts supply during the whole life cycle of the equipment
• Lead the complete solution of any Customer Needs, from initial notification until solving of the problem in coordination with all Customer Service teams.
• Develop a relationship of mutual trust with final Customers by always delivering effective and professional services, through frequent interactive follow-up of activities and periodical visits
• Develop a strong relationship with the central structure located in Parma and Verona, and with the local branches, in order to always receive the necessary support, thus providing high quality services to the Customers
• Other related job tasks

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent technical professional qualification
• Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written), and can speak Italian would be seen as an advantage
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Project Management
• High technical knowledge of machinery and complete line equipment for beverage
• Excellent reactivity, analytical skill, proactivity, motivational skills, goals, and performance continuos monitoring skill
• Availability to travel intensively in the Area
