Job Description:

Eurokars Group Indonesia, a leading luxury automotive group, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Brands Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our valued clients while ensuring efficient and effective service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm and professional welcome to the service center.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle servicing.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Liaise with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work and provide updates to customers regarding the progress of their vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns and service requirements.
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and obtain customer approval for additional repairs or services.
• Handle customer complaints and strive to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized service center, ensuring a professional and inviting environment for customers.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, technical information, and industry trends related to luxury automotive brands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably in luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Sound technical knowledge of luxury automotive brands and familiarity with service and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Proficient English language skills, both verbal and written.
