Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Server Infrastructure Specialist di tempat usaha PT Home Credit Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

What You Will Do

  • Performing technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all servers and ensuring all systems perform at optimum levels (system user response, disk allocation, memory optimization) to achieve high performance, reliability, and availability of the system.
  • Reviews the use of hardware, the load of servers, and storage capacity, provide capacity analysis as an input for proper planning.
  • Plans and implements server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.
  • Perform regular maintenance functions following established processes such as backups and patching, daily system monitoring, reviewing logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
  • Minimizes activities with a negative impact on operation; maintenance windows are always discussed with the affected departments.
  • Reports any deviation/problem/outage to superior and other units, provides regular reporting.
  • Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation, system inventories, operation documentation of architecture and settings.
  • Cooperates on business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Ensures compliance with license and other agreements defines local standards, ensures the global standards are met.
  • Participates in IT projects related to IT Server infrastructure.
  • Cooperates with Group Middleware department, ADEX and Unix Department, and other IT teams located in the Czech Republic and other countries.
  • Follow IT Service Management best practices for all service functions focusing on incident management and change management

What You Will Need

  • Good communication skills in English for daily basis with foreigners.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in System Administration & Infrastructure Automation (nice to have certification RHCSA or RHCE )
  • Practical experience with administration of MS Windows server and Unix servers, also in virtualization environment (VMware).
  • Experience with the core systems – LDAP, Email, File and Print, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, VPN.
  • Scripting experience (e.g. Bash Scripting), experience with databases.
  • Familiar with Weblogic/Jboss or other middleware application will be an advantage
  • Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack & Cloud solution AWS/Azure, understand the CI/CD process and tools)
  • High level of communication, documentation, presentation, calculation, data manipulation, troubleshooting, knowledge bases.
  • Reliable and independent person.
