– Develop optimization strategies for monotaro.id SEO (technical, on page, off page)

– Monitoring and reviewing daily performance metrics to find areas need to improve

– Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines and preparing detailed strategy and metrics reports

– Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials to drive the most valuable traffic by link building strategies

– Guide content teams, optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy

– Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine ranks

– Making coordination and collaborate with other related departments and PIC (IT, UI/UX, Merchandising, Product Information, etc)

– Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors then make a plan/trial for monotaro.id website.

– Keeping updated with Google’s new algorithm & regulation to stay inline with their guidelines.

– Supervising any hired third party for content/backlink/other projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree any majoring
• Min. 2 years working experience as SEO Specialist (ecommerce company will be more preferred)
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Have a proficient knowledge and technical skill to optimize organic performance (web structure, sitemap, meta tags, canonical, schema markup, merchant listing, etc)
• Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Professional operation skill level of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog, etc
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Familiarity with content management systems is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable to analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
• Preferable: High initiative personality, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Team player, Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
