PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job description & requirements
We’re looking for a team member in our fast-growing company as SEO Specialist. You’ll be working with our data & digital analytics team as well as web developer, designers, and other team members to make impacts through SEO.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and Implement SEO Strategies to improve clients’ business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases.
- Identify technical SEO and On-Page issues, including site speed, mobile usability, crawl errors, schema markup, etc.
- Can work closely with the development team or clients to implement technical SEO and On-Page enhancements and resolve website performance issues.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses and uncover new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize existing content and create new SEO-friendly content.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their SEO needs, provide updates, and present performance reports. Offer insights and recommendations to improve their SEO efforts.
- Leverage knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance the user experience on the website, contributing to better SEO performance.
- Utilize and manage various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento, custom CMS) to implement SEO best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, min. 2 years.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, ScreamingFrog, etc).
- Experience with website analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on SEO is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
