Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead day-to-day sensory activities while ensuring high-quality results and consistent application of best practices in line with global S&PCI strategy.
• Proactively identify and drive improvements across sensory work—covering methodologies, solutions, digital tools, and facilities—and present recommendations to the Leadership Team. 
• Collaborate with sensory teams and wider business to coordinate testing, generate insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders in support of business goals.
• Applies project management and digital data, across actionable sensory insights for new categories and FMC.
• Analyse, review, and interpret sensory data to support product life cycle and strategic business functions in Indonesia.
• Work hand in hand with the product development teams to deliver the right product insights at the right time of the development process.
• Forecasts, plans, and leads all aspects of resource utilization and spending in line with financial processes and controls. 

What are we looking for?

• Professional/academic achievement in Life Sciences, Food Sciences, or a related science at BSc level
• Strong experience in sensory Science. Experience in Digital and Data Science (Multivariate analysis, Programming in R Statistics) is an added advantage.
• Past experience setting up a sensory panel, coordinate and deliver an annual sensory insights program according to business needs.
• Experienced in providing consultancy to ensure in-depth understanding of project objectives through close collaboration with various project teams in order to implement the accurate sensory approaches.
• Expert in sensory methodology, standard process, and all elements of reporting on sensory results.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders cross functionally and communicate in clear and simple terms in English and local language.
• Past experience promoting cross-functional communication, and establishing positive relationships both internally and externally.
