Job Brief

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function according to our client’s specifications. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, copywriters, and other developers to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications.
2. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
3. Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP practices.
4. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
5. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
6. Create and maintain software documentation.
7. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks.
8. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of junior web developers, ui/ux designers, and SEO experts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
9. Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Crisis Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols for the development and design of website crises and negative feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
11. Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards for website development and designs, ensuring they meet client expectations and organizational standards.
12. Issue Resolution: Address any web-related issues or conflicts as they arise, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to find solutions and maintain project momentum.
13. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to web projects, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
14. Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering reports to senior management, supervisors, and clients, providing insights into web performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 5 or more years of website development.
3. Proven experience in team leadership and management.
4. Proven working experience in web programming.
5. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
6. Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails.
7. A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
8. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development.
9. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
10. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Religious Holiday
