Position Purpose:

To assist the Brand Manager in doing the Visual Design based on the Brand’s Principal VM strategies and guidelines in a timely manner and accurate

Description of Duties:

• Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure the Visual Design are delivered in a timely manner and accurately based on brief and expectation
• To prepare the Visual Design for a marketing promotional event
• Updating the Visual Design for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc activities
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set in an accurate and timely manner

• Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third party vendors

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar software
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Education & Experience

• Degree in Design Communication Visual, Product Design and/or Interior Design, or other related subjects
• At least 3-5 years of experience as Visual Designer/Visual Merchandiser, preferably in luxury beauty brands
• Possess a strong passion for the beauty industry
• Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
