Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Senior UI/UX Designer di perusahaan SOECHI GROUP untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, You Will:

Provide design advice and recommendations to ensure good UX is achieved across digital products. Moreover, you will be required to provide best practices knowledge in the design field, such as Experience Design, Service Design, and Design Ops. You should also possess systems thinking skills that enable you to structure and refine abstract business requirements into practical, logical, and functional solutions that align with the organization’s business needs.
Involve working and collaborating efficiently to develop and enhance design operations and processes. This includes ensuring design governance and standards are enforced through a design system and encouraging and conducting user research and usability testing to adopt a research-centric approach to design. You will also analyze feedback from end-users, incorporate user needs and business requirements into design concepts, and establish the direction for the development of wireframes, digital workflows, user journeys, design patterns, graphic design, prototypes, and mock-ups.
In addition, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, design teams, and engineers in product planning meetings. You will review and manage the work of involved team members and provide technical guidance to improve designs. You will also provide feedback during sprint retrospectives and planning.
Develop lo-fi/hi-fi mockups and prototypes to effectively articulate interaction designs
Produce polished visual design specs that are clear and directed,
Gauge the usability of new and existing features and make constructive suggestions for change,
Be a constant user advocate, in every aspect of your work
Design, grow and evolve Design Systems

Who you are?

3+ year experience as UI/UX Designer
Possess strong communication, collaboration, as well as presentation skills
Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic
Fluency in Figma or any equal design prototype tools
Have an online or offline portfolio that demonstrates your thought process behind the design projects you participated in
Fluency in English is a good additional point

Bonus points

* Enjoy working in a lean and curious team

* Experienced with Atomic Design System

* Familiar with Data Visualisation best practices and concepts
