Job description & requirements

Requirements :

UI/UX for Value Chain & Trade Loan Product

1. Strategy & Planning
2. Work with Product Lead to define the roadmap, goals, and vision for the product
3. Work with Product Specialist to drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements
4. Business Performance and Management
5. Provide UI/UX style guides and framework.
6. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
7. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
10. Key contributors in ensuring design fit for targeted user personas.

Regulatory Compliance

1. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies & procedures in product design
2. Engagement with commercialization teams to construct guides, communications package/kit to both internal and external clients.

Technical/Functional skills

1. Have understanding on distributor financing, supplier financing and trade finance
2. Have understanding on personas of system target market, i.e. corporate (wholesale, commercial), and small enterprise
3. Have basic understanding on sharia requirement (optional but a plus)
4. Have experience as UI/UX designer for corporate product
5. Hands on experience with waterfall development methodologies.
6. Hands on experience on create/analyze business process, user story/journey and product roadmap
7. Knowledge of banking digital channels (web or mobile banking) is a must.
8. Have insights into product, technology and user trends.
9. Good understanding of cross-teams, upstream and downstream dependencies for a given product verticals.
