The Role

As a senior developer, you’ll be part of a delivery team made up of a Tech Lead, Product Manager, and other senior developers. For some projects, you might be the only senior developer on the team in the early days. You’ll work with our tech lead and product manager to define and deliver their MVP and subsequently continue to iterate on the product and system, helping it grow and find success.

Most of our projects are greenfield, and all of our projects follow a consistent and clean code structure.

You’ll work closely with a Tech Lead to create technical solutions and architect the system. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the technical delivery, which includes selecting technologies, database design, system architecture, frontend and backend development, CI/CD and automation.

You’ll use the latest technologies (see our typical tech stack below) and you’ll contribute to improving T&F’s methodology and delivery efficiency through the development of processes, tools and automation that can be shared with existing and future projects.

You’ll be working in a product-driven development environment and will use data-driven techniques to learn about users, identify ways to improve the product and create more value for customers.
