Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Senior Tax Manager di kantor Shipper untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Perpajakan (Akuntansi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 25.000.000 - Rp 36.000.000.

What Will You Do:

Providing guidance and strategy to the team
Monitoring the team performance and providing coaching and feedback.
Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe
Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise
Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
Identify and mitigate tax risks
Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
Manage and coordinate tax audits
Maintain tax balances on the general ledger
Prepare all tax papers in a regular basis and handle all information data requests
Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of integrated management system: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system), ISO 45001:2018 (safety management system)
Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of the information security management system : ISO 27001:2013

What Are The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax or other related field
Certification: Brevet AB, Brevet C
6+ years of working experience in the tax field or similar position
3+ years of experience in managing a team
or proven 2+ years of work experience as a Tax Manager
Proficiency to think strategically and develop strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex challenges and issues
Excellent effective communication skills
Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
