Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Senior Tax Manager di kantor Shipper untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Perpajakan (Akuntansi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 25.000.000 - Rp 36.000.000.

What Will You Do:

  • Providing guidance and strategy to the team
  • Monitoring the team performance and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe
  • Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits
  • Maintain tax balances on the general ledger
  • Prepare all tax papers in a regular basis and handle all information data requests
  • Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of integrated management system: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system), ISO 45001:2018 (safety management system)
  • Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of the information security management system : ISO 27001:2013

What Are The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax or other related field
  • Certification: Brevet AB, Brevet C
  • 6+ years of working experience in the tax field or similar position
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a team
  • or proven 2+ years of work experience as a Tax Manager
  • Proficiency to think strategically and develop strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex challenges and issues
  • Excellent effective communication skills
  • Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
