We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition  to manage mid to senior-level hiring for our Corporate teams. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of talent acquisition and business strategy.

You’ll partner closely with Business leaders, HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits teams to craft and execute a forward-looking talent strategy that fuels our innovation and growth. About the Team

Our Recruiting team consists of over 25 recruiters stationed in Indonesia and India. The gist of our role is to be a strategic recruiting partner in acquiring exceptional talent to further scale GoTo. We source and hire world-class technical minds who will build the business by solving everyday problems with technology. Working closely with the Employer Branding and Rec Ops team, it’s our job to ensure we offer an exceptional interview experience for all of our candidates.
