Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirement :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Several years of experience in production planning and inventory control, with a proven track record of leadership

• Proficiency in using Ms.Excel with complicated formulas

• Good communication in English, oral and written

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering

Job Description :

• Develop and implement production plans to meet sales demand while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency

• Manage the inventory control process, including setting and maintaining appropriate inventory levels

• Lead a team of production planners and inventory control planner staff

• Collaborate with other departments

• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to address issues or changes in demand

• Analyze data and performance metrics to identity areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Receiving order and collecting

• Communication with sales

• Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and historical data to create inventory plans

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely deliveries of materials or products

• Identify slow – moving or obsolete inventory control policies and procedures

• Work closely with production and supply chain teams to coordinate inventory movements
