About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor Accounting to join our team at PT Yokohama Industrial Products Manufacturing Indonesia in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company’s accounting operations and ensuring financial compliance.

Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring that financial transactions are correctly recorded in our accounting system.

  • Responsible for overseeing the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations, and optimizing cash resources.

  • Supervising and leading the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

  • Reliable to input data into Hash Micro system, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information.

  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

  • Responsible for managing and organizing third-party (TP) documentation and transfer pricing (TP) data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

  • Responsible for processing manual journal entries in the company’s financial system, ensuring that all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

  • Have a good communication skill and fast learner

  • Fluent in English
