About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team at PT Aktio Equipment Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Balikpapan Utara, East Kalimantan, offering the opportunity to play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing strategies.

What you’ll be doing

• Able to achieve rental heavy equipment’s revenue amount based on company budget.

• Able to find customers who need to rent heavy equipment and offer products to meet customer requirements.

• Ability to determine and identify prospect customers for sales and rental heavy equipment through knowledge of the construction segment.

• Able to attend weekly meetings with Top Management and create weekly sales rental reports for planning and actual performance.

• Able to create rental quotations for customers and follow up on payments completely (100%)

• Able to create repair machine quotations for customers and follow up on payments completely (100%)

• Able to create sales quotations for customers and follow up on payments completely (100%).

• Able to visit customer sites to monitor rental units during the rental period.

• Able to follow up on the delivery and return of rental units to and from customers.

• Able to follow up on customer complaints and coordinate with Factory Departments regarding unit or operator problems.

What we’re looking for

• Have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the same field.

• Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.

• Able to communicate and write emails in English at a business level.

• Familiar with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Quick response, high motivation, open-minded, honest, hardworking, responsible, initiative, and possess integrity.

• Physically and mentally healthy.

• Able to work effectively both in a team and individually.
