As Senior Staff Engineer Product Integration you’re responsible to ensure product seamlessly integrates with existing equipment platforms by bridging the gap between development and operations.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Develop, implement and improve smart control solutions for optimum process manufacturing in AOI & package inspection process for Automotive product/package
• Provide technical oversight, guidance and support for process control implementation
• Ability to conduct intensive data analysis and modeling to identify sources of variation in the process and translate it into control solutions
• Ability on Classification, Characterization and Categorization, and define Data Collection Requirements on all new package development. (Example – Analysis and setup Requirements and Setup Limits and OCAP and engage in periodic review with Technology and Production teams).

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing with function related to Final Test process
• Good understanding of test inline process with experience on yield improvement or responsible for overall electrical / mechanical yield management is desirable
• Experience in AOI recipe creation on various Scan and Packing platform (Example, Turret system, KLA-ICOS platform)
• Knowledge in on FMEA, DOE, 6 sigma trained, QC investigation tools, computer vision and/or AI & Machine Learning is preferred
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal social skills with all levels of employee
• Excellent Project management skills
• Ambitious and ability to multi-task and balance dynamic priorities.
