Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing the chemical trading business under an inorganic and advanced material domain.
2. Understanding the trading business flow from the perspective of sales administration including the task and responsibilities.
3. Having the right mindset against business and common sense with a global standard basis, to take proper initiatives in the purpose to improve business growth.
4. Having good and effective capabilities in coordinating with other internal and external parties, with a coverage of local and overseas.

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales administration in a trading business company.
• Having knowledge and/or experience in trading business for performance chemical commodities is an advantage.
• Good skill and experience in the role of sales support/ sales administration and customer service related to handling customers & supplier from local and overseas.
• Experience in handling domestic and overseas sales and administration, shipment delivery monitoring, and maintain good relationship with vendor and customer.
• Having an ability to proactively resolve issues that might arise and initiatively make coordination and necessary reporting.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and effective negotiation skill.
• Proficient communication in the English language (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Have an interest in exploring, learning, and continuously developing capability in trading and investment business.
