Job Requirements

• Proficient in English (both writing and speaking)
• Willing to work in Surabaya office (Hybrid)
• At least 2 – 4 years of experience being professional Software Quality Assurance
• Good hands-on experience in mobile apps (android and iOS) or web or API testing
• Solid in-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic working environment with international team

Job Scope

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Design, develop, review and execute test strategies and test cases
• Design, develop, and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet the team’s daily needs
• Analyzing test results on databases impacts, error or bugs, and usability
• Review engineering technical design documents and requirements. Provide plan and strategy about how and where to build in testability
• Analyzing troubleshoot issues in production system and drive them to closure
• Reporting on all aspects related to the software testing carried out as well as communication with the respective team
• Manage team around 3-5 manual QA
