We are looking for someone with oil palm plantation or agriculture experience, to join our commercial team and help us bring our innovative, ground breaking products to the market.  We will provide you with the necessary consultative sales training.

Your role:

As a Senior Seed Sales Officer, you will be developed to drive our commercial success by building lasting relationships with key players in the plantation sector. Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Identify and engage with new potential clients within our target market, booking meetings with key decision-makers.

• Deeply understand customer needs, based on your agriculture experience, and present tailored solutions from our elite seed portfolio that solve their most crucial challenges.

• Present our elite seed portfolio and tailored agronomic solutions, clearly articulating the value and ROI.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing commitment, handling any concerns to ensure a win-win outcome.

• Nurture and grow client relationships, ensuring an outstanding customer experience that leads to repeat business.

What you bring:

• Around 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within a related field, such as the agricultural, agronomy or plantation sectors (e.g., seeds, crop inputs, fertilisers, or plantation equipment).[SN1] [IS2] 

• A willingness to learn new approaches to selling.

• A curious mindset with skills in building trusted relationships and asking insightful questions.

• The ability to communicate technical information effectively to different audiences.

• A resilient, results-driven attitude with a strong desire for continuous personal and professional growth.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

• A university degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Biotechnology, or a related business field.

• Knowledge of oil palm cultivation is highly preferred, and proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage but not a requirement.
