Senior Sales & Business Development

We are seeking a highly target-driven and dedicated Senior Sales & Business Development Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with exceptional skills and a deep understanding of sustainability requirements and business systems across diverse industries.

In this position, your primary focus will be on client acquisition, business development, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients. You will represent the company to prospects and clients, identify new opportunities, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agriculture, forestry, fisheries, F&B, textile, financial institutions, mining, minerals, and energy industries.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Deliver highly persuasive pitches and presentations, showcasing how our solutions address clients’ specific needs.

  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed established targets.

  • Manage and update sales reports, KPIs, and client-related activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record of senior-level sales success, preferably in consultancy or B2B services.

  • Strong understanding of business systems, sustainability, and management practices, as well as their application in corporate environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of the unique needs and challenges across key industries: agriculture, forestry, fisheries, F&B, textile, financial institutions, mining, minerals, and energy.

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Highly skilled in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust at the executive level.

  • Strong dedication to achieving sales targets and driving growth.
