*Position Overview:*

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the electrical engineering or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for our range of low voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing technical solutions and product support.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to promote the right products and solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the sales team and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the electrical engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technical understanding of low voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of the organization.
• Results-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
