Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Senior Sales Manager di tempat usaha PT Rieckermann Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

It is the Senior Sales Manager’s task to lead and manage the Food department of Rieckermann Indonesia. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible to achieve a profitable revenue and market growth for Food Division by developing and implementing strategies in line with the Rieckermann group’s vision and strategy.

Requirements:

Job Duties Primary:

Leadership:

  • Provide guidance, motivate and develop competent employees.
  • Define targets and support and demand performance by regular performance reviews.
  • Empower staff by defining and communicating tasks, assigning resources and controlling results.
  • Communicate the Rieckermann group vision and mission in a comprehensive manner to ensure its incorporation into daily operations.
  • Promote a harmonious working environment in the department to ensure employees are motivated and operations run smoothly. 
  • Cooperation and coordination with Group Management HR

Market Strategies & Business Development:

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to reach various demographics of customers.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and identify potential customers.
  • Provide management with information on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities.
  • Keep yourself constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends and best practices 
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the department based on the group’s strategy and market trends.
  • Plan, direct and control the department’s activities to achieve sales, profit and growth targets.
  • Forecast and analyze market trends and appraise competitor activities.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with Group Management Marketing and Business Development

Sales & Target:

  • Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for the Food industry segments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform analyses of existing and potential customers’ needs and offer solutions that address their needs. 
  • Visit key accounts together with sales team members
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company standards, rules and regulations or as directed.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas on a yearly and quarterly basis.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments e.g. Technical Services, Engineering Operations and sales colleagues from other industries, in order to be able to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs.
  • Regular update of CRM system.
  • Calculate client quotations.

Customer Relationship:

  • Develop, establish and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs.
  • Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions which consistently will result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales.
