Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager in the field of Aesthetic Medicine. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve set sales targets, managing key clients, leading & mentoring the sales team, budget planning and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue. The Sales Manager will also be working closely with the Product Marketing Manager and the Art Team to increase the Brand and product awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Monitor the progress of the Sales Team and independently help to improve if needed
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts to the management
  • Highly motivated personality and a problem-solving approach
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support events with our KOLs and Product Trainers 
  • Implement effective practices and processes across the organization to enhance sales optimization
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative business objectives by driving revenue growth and managing all expenses for areas of responsibility
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Swiftly identify sales areas for improvement and recommend solutions to the management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Background in Aesthetic Medicine/Pharmaceuticals will be of advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Possess strong business acumen to make commercially impactful decisions   
  • English communication in a professional level
  • Must have a strong business planning, account management, and sales skills
  • Great at networking, opening doors and maintaining strong relationships in the industry that result in long term business partnerships
