Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

The Position

PT CH Robinson Global Forwarding Indonesia is part of the C.H. Robinson network, which is a Fortune 500 provider of multi-modal transportation services and third-party logistics (3PL). PT CH Robinson Global Forwarding Indonesia offers freight transportation, truck load, less than truckload, air freight intermodal and ocean freight services.

The Senior Sales is a people manager and leadership role. He or she will proactively initiate of developing business and sales activity  in the country and steers them towards the country goals / targets and expectations set by the Company

He or she is responsible for identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities as well as pursuing and onboarding of new customer logos

He or she leads and owns country sales plans and strategies for growing the current share of wallet to achieve the Organization’s goals and objectives

He or she is responsible for meeting the Organization’s country revenue and profitability targets through organizing, managing and leading of sales-specific activities / initiatives whilst ensuring that the Sales Team remain aligned with internal stakeholders and crucially, the needs and wants of existing, new and target customers

Main Responsibilities

Leadership and People Management

  • Align and drive a set of Sales-specific key performance indicators that directly measure and manage individual sales activity and performance
  • Drive sales-specific strategies and initiatives to aggressively drive new business growth
  • Responsible for managing existing accounts and ensuring current account allocations are strategically allocated internally within the sales team and reviewed for “best fit” periodically
  • Ensure that the Sales Team adhere to all governance, compliance requirements and regulations
  • Mentor, guide, and steer Sales Team to identify and price for new / existing opportunities, target lanes, sectors as well as directly build and maintain strong working relationships with key customer’s senior stakeholders
  • Review quality and timeliness of customer proposals, enhancing and improving where necessary
  • Ensure that local Sales activities and initiatives are aligned with CHR’s wider global, regional, and country strategies / directions
  • Ensure meticulous, timely and effective pipeline management and major opportunity reviews
  • Drive 100% utilization of CRM tool as per CHR guidelines

Business Growth

  • Appraise and critically measure each sales personnel’s sales activity and pipeline on a consistent and transparent manner whilst ensuring regular management report-back
  • Escalate and elevate all prioritized and / or critical opportunities to the network and management for joint-review in a best effort to jointly secure new / existing business
  • Directly identify, qualify and pursue major business opportunities and / or customers and thereafter handover to sales team upon completion for follow-through where relevant
  • Align a country sales segmentation plan and ensure internal communication and understanding
  • Identify “at risk” customers and take appropriate actions to communicate and rectify
  • Drive sales team’s efforts that align with relevant internal stakeholders and network in order to drive a significant increase in RFQ participation and hit-rates

Customer Service

  • Work with relevant stakeholders across geographies and / or Divisions to ensure aligned approach to new customer acquisition and / or targeted growth opportunities
  • Act as an advocate for customers, internally conveying their customer-specific needs across the organization, to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources
  • Organize, facilitate and participate in relevant customer events, trade-shows and / or seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any major from an accredited institution, majoring in transportation and logistic or Post Graduate degree would be preferable but not a MUST
  • 10 to 15 years’ experience in country sales and team leadership in a global freight forwarding/transportation/Logistic environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Demonstrated strong influencing, negotiation, collaboration, analytic, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel overseas when required Entrepreneurial, dynamic, go-getter and “can-do” attitude
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, power point)
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter, high initiative.
