Metal Work was set up in 1967 for the production of push-in fittings for compressed air systems. The company gradually extended its production and sales structure to become a leader in pneumatic systems for automation. 

Our production unit in Concession has a staff of about 500 people, while the national and international sales organization staff number is estimated 800. 

In 1992 Metal Work obtained the ISO 9001 certification. To the quality system certification, in 2000 we added the one related to the environmental management according to the ISO 14001. In 2007 METAL WORK S.p.A. applied the OHSAS 18001 standard, then moving to ISO 45001 in 2018 to guarantee a Management System of Occupational Safety and Health. All the certifications above mentioned have been released by the German certification body DEKRA ITS, accredited by TGA. 

Products are distributed through 50 branches in Italy and abroad, which offer an efficient capillary before- and after-sales service. 

The product quality and an efficient sales organization are the basis on which Metal Work firmly stands and enable the company to meet all possible requirements in pneumatic systems for automation.

Responsibilities:

• The Role will be based in Jakarta/ BSD Tangerang Selatan City,
• Increase territory sales & market share in Jakarta & Tangerang Banten area of responsibilities.
• Develop strong and positive relationship with our key customer in Jakarta & Banten Area,
• Create new customer in Jakarta & Banten Area,
• Develop direct sales & sales channel (Business to Business)
• Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide fast response & support,
• Report, analyse sales quotations and propose action plan to enlarge business coverage
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training and after-sales support,
• Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A Degree level in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering From Reputable University.
• At least Minimum 3 years sales experience selling Industrial Component or Pneumatic Component & Automation will be advantageous,
• Has Strong Relationship in Food & Beverage, Packaging, Petrochemical/ Chemical Customer in this area. 
• Product knowledge Cylinder/actuator, Valve, Fitting, FRL will be advantageous.
• Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented.
• Good presentation skills and communication skills in Bahasa and able to speak English.
• Good administrative and personal disciplines to handle multi-task, time- constrained activities, driven by customer requirements.
• Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service).
• Driver’s License 
• Ability to work as part of a team.
